EA app is currently having a server issue, confirmed by their support agents. Insane to think that we live in a time where if their server is broken then we can't play our *singleplayer* games. This trend seriously needs to stop. I noticed it when my entire game collection was missing. Play OFF-Line mode.

EDIT: I was able to resolve the issue by connecting my VPN to Florida and signing into origin, apparently logging in works in some areas. At that point I disabled cloud saves and put Origin into offline mode. The keep still isn't functional, and presumably things like the Golden Nug, but I'm able to get into my save with the DLC enabled now. Dragon Age Inquisition is not recognizing that I have the DLC for the game and is not loading my save file. Have been helped by A live chat support. Honestly, the best way to buy all the DLC is to wait and find the DAI game of the year edition on sale and buy it then.can probably get everything for 10-20$ US.as the game lists right now for about 40$ US, so look for a 50-75% off sale and just by it that way..
