Its pretty easy to set yourself on fire in Assassin's Creed Origins. Just take a torch too close to wood or get too close to campfire, and you can easily burst into flames. Once you're on fire, you just burn to death in seconds. Is there a way to avoid that gruesome fate?
Totoggle the hair in the PC version of AC Origins, you need to hit Shift + Z. To switch the beard on and off, press Ctrl + Z. Before that, though, you have to pause the game. Then, go into the gear menu. From there, you can toggle Bayek’s hair and beard to your liking. The button combo really could have been something a little less obscure

To get a hood, the best way would be to go after the members of the cult, you get armor sets from defeating all cultists in a branch and I believe their is one cult branch that has armor focused more towards stealthy lightweight assassin armor with a hood on it rather than bulky mercenary armor.
