I have this problem for the last 10-15 days with my fr 245. Wrist heart rate suddenly goes up to 170’s while i am sitting for a few minutes then comes back to 60-70. I check my pulse, there is nothing unusual. I wear the watch as i have been wearing for months, so location of the watch on my wrist can not be the cause.
