Im running a 3570K with 1600mhz RAM and a 1080, and I get 150+ fps on highest settings in AC. 90+ on medium high settings in ACC. All at 1440p. ACC, I think it was foilage weirdly, turned that to low/med and everything else is ultra/high and its working fine now, weird. I have a 1080ti and ryzen 1600 @ 3.8ghz.
Youcan try lowering the SS settings in the steam app first, then lower draw distance, remove shadows (they look crap), remove heat simmering (nearly invisible effect that eats FPS for breakfast). Its called i9, RTX3080. Those are the settings you need Well not everyone has or can get a i9 and a rtx3080 on top of that these days. I completely understand that. My point is, to make this game really run properly AND look good, you really need a very powerful machine. With your setup, you will need to really lower the settings a fair amount.L22huUh.
