Also it was unspeakably broken, and it was the first Total War game that had false advertisement too. Yeah, but the difference between Shogun 2 and Rome 2 was drastic. Shogun 2 still plays a lot like the old games. Shogun 2 was streamlined even more than what Empire was.

Of course Medieval I used the original Shogun Total War engine although they added more depth. Medieval II seems to use the Rome TW engine and in Rome I, I could limit which factions could recruit certain units without having to change the buildings file.
I dont know how it works. The tutorial didnt explain anything and i havent even touched that aspect of the game. I dunno whether i should commit to learning it or go invade some other factions. After i recruit priests, i dont know where to send them. Every place is catholic, there is no cursor such as the assasin's or spy's one, they are just there. Please help me a bit with that.

I found old file - Czech text to Medieval II Total war and Kingdom.So I create folder with Czech text and Instruction, because I know how Czech important for non-english guys (from CZ). I upload file to server for downloading and playing. The "export_descr_unit.txt", often reffered to by modders as the EDU, is an important text file in Rome: Total War and it's 2 expansions ( Alexander and Barbarian Invasion) and also in Medieval 2: Total War. The file controls what characteristics and stats a combat unit has, it also determines what model-texture set the unit uses.
Napriek tomu, hru nemôžem inak, ako odporučiť, hoci ja osobne pociťujem trochu sklamanie, že Total War sa vydáva cestou komercie. Pre všetkých milovníkov RTS je to však jasná voľba a určite si titul naplno vychutnajú. Medieval 2: Total War nerobí hanbu svojim predchodcom, no do žánru RTS neprináša nič nové.
